In 1940, the Cuellar brothers opened the first El Chico, serving their Mama's very own recipes for authentic Tex-Mex cuisine. Over fifty years later, we are still committed to serving the best. We use only the freshest ingredients in all of our dishes. Our steak fajitas are made with a fresh, never frozen, quality cut of beef and we make our own salsa, chips, beans, rice and other specialties fresh throughout the day. We've got award winning Margaritas, and we couple our food with great service and good prices.
